Coaching for Change

Helping couples and individuals to evolve in relationships, identity and family life

  • Family Life

From planning marriage to adapting to a new baby, adjusting to change can be challenging. I support couples and individuals who are struggling to navigate shifts in relationship, identity and roles while staying connected to themselves and each other.

  • Prepare to Launch (Female Founders)

Starting something new takes courage and clear thinking. I combine coaching frameworks (establishing clarity and achievable goals) with my brand and start-up experience to help women take their business idea from concept to launch, with clarity and confidence.

  • Workshops

I deliver Relationship and EQ workshops in schools and organisations to help build confidence and self-awareness. Together we explore core skills such as good communication, working with values and goal-setting.

How I support my clients

I work with women and couples navigating pivotal moments of change - from becoming a parent or launching a new business venture to redefining relationships, roles and personal aspirations. Together, we create clarity, build confidence and develop a practical path forward that feels aligned with who you are and what matters most.

My coaching offers a compassionate, calm space to explore challenges, find clarity, identify opportunities and make meaningful progress towards a more connected life, without judgement.

Working with me can help if you:

  • Want to build a strong foundation and explore future plans before committing to marriage or family

  • Are struggling to adjust to family life while staying connected

  • Are navigating a life-changing decision

  • Are struggling to communicate effectively and feel heard within your relationship

  • Want help establishing a clear road map for the future

  • “I am much less afraid of the big tasks ahead of me. The feelings of fear and being overwhelmed have become excitement and confidence.”

  • “I was constantly surprised with what I was able to do and become with the right guide. Sophie exceeded all my expectations.”

  • “The [workshop] content was highly informative and relevant, promoting high levels of pupil engagement across a range of subjects including healthy relationships, independent living, personal values, and mental health & wellbeing.”

Head of 6th Form, London Oratory School (through Wilfrid’s House)

  • “Through intensive coaching sessions we have identified the drivers of certain behaviours and created a tool kit of practical solutions to channel negative emotions in positive outcomes.”

About me

After an exciting first career in brand strategy, copywriting and start-ups, I followed my heart and evolving values into a more person-centred field of work and trained as a Life Coach to support people to navigate new starts in a more personal way.

Today, as a wife, mother, certified Life Coach and counsellor in training, I work with couples and individuals facing life's defining transitions - from marriage and parenthood to career changes, new ventures and personal reinvention. I combine emotional insight with practical action, helping clients gain clarity, strengthen communication and move forward with confidence.

Alongside my private practice, I co-founded The Beehive Concierge to support families in difficulty, and the Life Coaching service at therapy charity, Wilfrid's House, supporting individuals and families through periods of challenge and change.

More info

  • My clients and I explore realities vs perceptions, patterns and thought processes. We define the meaning of success and (if needed) we make a plan. There is no judgement, no personal agenda. Each session is private, distraction-free and entirely yours.

  • My work with female founders combines Life Coaching with my understanding of brand strategy and launching a business. I support through establishing brand positioning, values, messaging and communication (including website audits and edits, and copywriting).

I also - crucially - hold my clients accountable and explore blocks, to support in achieving important goals on the path to launch.

  • Through the course of coaching, my clients and I sometimes identify needs that aren’t covered by my work. I have a trusted network of personal and emotional wellbeing practitioners, including psychotherapists and specialist coaches, whose help I may suggest to a client. There is no commission scheme - referrals are in the interests of my clients alone.

  • I am a certified Life Coach, having qualified from Animas Coaching in 2016, and I have an up to date Enhanced DBS Certificate.

  • My Life Coaching is charged at £90 for a 55 min remote session. In-person sessions may incur a higher fee. For a day rate or to discuss a reduced fee for a series of sessions, please contact me.

A couples (or co-parent) session is 1hr15mins and is charged at £120ph.

If you would like to access Life Coaching but are struggling financially, I lead a Life Coaching service at Wilfrid’s House which is a registered charity offering therapy and life coaching support.
